AARP wanted to create a series of videos highlighting diverse chefs as they cooked alongside their Auntie figure. In addition to teaching a recipe, the videos covered the dish's cultural significance and the cooks' relationships with their Aunties.
For the intro graphics, I wanted to create a scrapbook-style animation that captured familial nostalgia while adhering to AARP's branding and patterns. The editor was working with a lot of phone footage in different dimensions, so I designed fun borders to tie the video together.
